Adsense colour, placement and type advice required please

I have several sites earning through adsense, but always have that nagging feeling that if i tinkered with the ads, i could get more clicks.

Should ads blend into the design of the site, using the same font colours, or stand out. What are best performing ad types?

Taking my worst performing site on clickthrough rate, jackass3trailer.com as an example, what would you do to improve the ad layout?

    Any hints most gratefully appreciated.
