Is it allowed to place other colors than these webcolors?

Because there are more colors existing than these.
I mean the colorcodes like this: #FF99CC.

Yes, just put the code in manually.
The chart is there to help not to restrict.

Yes, you can enter your own color codes.

    From the Google site:

You spend lots of time perfecting your website's look and feel, and we want AdSense to fit in. So we let you customize the appearance of your ads to fully complement your site by choosing from over 200 colors and 24 pre-set color palettes (you can create and save your own custom palettes using a simple point-and-click color selection tool.

If you look at the color options shown, there are 216 colors shown.

I would hesitate to go with any color not shown without contacting Google.

Since they provide a mechanism to manually enter the custom color codes, it is reasonable to assume that you are allowed to enter them. Otherwise, why wouldn't they make those field read-only?

If you can get adsense to generate the code then you are safe, if you have to alter it yourself then you are at risk.

    That's a pretty good guideline.

I never thought it might not be allowed for you to enter your own colour code... but surely it is or they wouldn't have the option.... I hope

If you are still unsure, then ask.

What exactly do you mean by that? Which "mechanism" and "field read-only"?
Googletranslate is a very bad translater:)

    But my thinking is:
Iam using often the CMS Mambo/Jommla and there are some Google-Adsense Modules and in the backend of these modules I can put my pub-adsense code and the colour I want (every color). So are these modules not allowed?? They are open source and millions of people use them.

    (sry for that english)
