Hello, I have a question about the placement of adsense code into myspace layotus that are offered from layout sites. The sites give you free layouts, but they have a google ad embedded in them. Well, even if they dont there are plenty of layouts that will result in google ads. So my question is about the client id that benefits from the google ad. Do the layout sites have their client id in the ads? Will they benefit from you using their layout - as far as adsense? If so, how are they coding in their own affiliate id's into the layouts? If I have a layout from one of the sites, how would I edit the code to put in my own id? And how are they coding in their id - if they are. Thanks.
I have never seen a myspace layout with google ads on. Anyway, If they are, all you would have to do is in the source code delete their code and replace it with yours. ?? Does this solve your problem? Nick

So I put in the playout code, and that results in a webpage with a google ad? If I try to edit the layout within myspace - all I see is the CSS info (in which I cannot see the google part?) My question is NOT to figure out how to get rid of the ad. My question is how does the ad show up? WHat is done in the CSS part of that mysapce layout that causes the ad to result in the first place? How would I edit the layout code (the CSS stuff I paste into myspace) to make the adsense use a different client id - like my own!! Anyone here understand this?
I'm sure this is done by design so that people can't just remove all of myspace's revenue from their pages. Pretty sure that changing myspace ads to your own adsense code would not make them very happy.
