Aah, I didn't know that! I think I get it now and I think I misunderstood your first post: - when you show an AdSense ad it will default say "Ads by Google" and "Advertise on this site" - you can switch off the "Advertise on this site" in your AdSense account - but when you show AdSense ads from an advertiser it will not say "Ads by Goooogle" but "Advertise here" and not "Ads by Goooogle"? Is this correct?
Which page? I don't see it... TargetedSense javascript? Uhm, you lost me, care to enlighten me? Is it correct to understand that Google Premium accounts (more than 20 million pageviews per month) get ads that seamlessly blend in to their website? For example they won't say "Ads by Goooogle", the have custom ad formats, etc.?
Yes. They get an account rep that will help them with custom ad formats and integrating the ads into their sites better. I'm not sure that their ads won't say "Ads by Goooogle", but they might have the option to change the font size etc, making it less noticeable.
Go to gizmodo . com and look at the second page http:// gizmodo. com/index.php?page=2 There's a topic called SkypeCast Time, hover over the link Buy Midiman. You should see it leads to pagead2.googlesyndication.com/xxxxx Screenshot: http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/7321/google0in.gif
That’s funny I only noticed that now. So basically you can only have one of your sites in the “Advertise on this siteâ€. I thought that by clicking on that option advertisers would be able to target that specific site with their ads, not the one we chose in our account.
I'm taking a guess here, but I think that might be one of the new CPA ads. Perhaps Gizmodo is part of the test. I haven't seen any other similar ads on other sites so I'm pretty sure that it's for the CPA ad network.
That is partially correct. If you turn off "Advertise here" then you will not see anything under your ad if an advertiser targets your site. Right now I have advertise here turned off and I don't see anything under my ads because advertisers target my site regularly.
You don't have to be a Premium publisher to not see "Ads by Goooogle" if an advertiser targets your account. And that's more than 2 million views, not 20 million views.
Correct. But of course it's not likely an advertiser is going to target a site that gets 5 page views a month.
