Adsense Code Problems

I added the following code to my website but nothing shows up apart from 'page can not be displayed', have I missed something out?

Code seems fine to me.

And I see adsense ads at the bottom, thank you for everything.

EDIT: my mistake, I see a 728x90 ad at the bottom, but you're talking about a link unit of 728x15 at the top, yes this one I don't see.
When I look at your source code here's what I have:

everything on one line, maybe that doesn't play well in javascript I don't know, normally it should play well, but maybe not with the html comment signs.. So try to put it in your source code exactly as it is given by adsense with the line breaks. Like you did for the 728x90 ad unit which displays well and is in the correct format in the source code.
