AdSense code on multiple sites???

    So I have a friend who has a rather popular site.. I want him to run my adsense code on his site (he does not have adsense and has no interest in it as he make $$$$ from other banner non-contextual ad sources)... so what I am wondering, has anyone ever done this and is it ok?? Or will Google frown on this.. I know, I have an email out to Google, but thought I would aske here first..

    If you guys are partners then its fine. I see no reason they wouldnt allow for you to put adsense on it as they dont approve extra sites manually.

    You can place on as many sites are u can no issues with adsense as long as your friend doent have a problem.

    if his site doesn't violate adsense's tos, and he agrees with it, no problem.
