Is it illegal to include adsense code while forwarding a post to someone ..

i have a site with adsense enable , when somebody forward a post / article , the adsense goes along with the article to thier email account ,

Is this against adsense terms and conditions !

    Thanks in advance!

No problem as long as you are not asking the receiver of message to click the ads proactively

You cannot include adsense in emails.

If you are actually able to enclose an actual webpage in
an email, and have it load, this would break the rules, right?
As it is in an email.

However, there are some things that people are not considering.

What does the page look like when you forward it in an email?
Do all the images and javascipts load?

    Is their email html enabled?

If you are just talking about straight html, like a newsletter, it probably
would not load properly as adsense has got to read content and it
would have trouble being enclosed in an email.

Now it sounds as if you are not talking about forwarding the link only, but the whole thing.

Again, since google does not allow adsense in emails, how on earth would this
    not break the rules?

    But...
I do know that google does allow adsense in certain emails. Emails that are
your feed can contain adsense, as long as you have your feeds enabled.

So, if you could get the posts to be emailed as a feed, bingo! You would
    have it licked!

You can do this if you redirect your feeds through Feedburner (which you have to do to use Adsense for Feeds anyway). Feedburner even gives you the code to put on your site.
