i have copied the adsense code & i have logged into my server(c panel),now can anyone tell me how to & where to paste my adsense code.step by step would be gr8.please help me out.
What are you running: site, blog, forum? The code is in html. You place it wherever you want the ads to display. Usually that is done in the theme/ template.
One kinds of guy who has lots of site, he insert adsense code from cpanel. are you including? we have a few site, we usually insert code from .html, .php, source code. <body> code </body>

Find in Cpanel "File Manager" and from there you can open your index.php (index.htm or index.html, whatever its name) and paste it directly.

You should paste adsense code between [ <body> .......... </body> ] tag. But can aslo see a demo about 'code copy & paste' from adsense website.
Well if u r running any kind of forum u need to specify it first. There are many templates to put code there. But in a simple html website u can do it simply by using MS Frontpage by pasting ur code in html coding window. If u wanna further explaination tell me.
