Adsense code below post tittle in blog may cause account disable?

While i was seeking a widget for my blog to place the adds after the post tittle, i read somewhere that it may cause accoutn disable? Can anyone tell me is it true?

I think you can get ban only when you change the code, if you paste the code as it is, then it should be ok.
