last month i got around 3700 clicks and earned around $480. This month i got more than 4000 clicks and earned around $300. Im not happy at all. I have a PR1 and alexa ranking of around 480, 000. I think im going to sell the website. It is a streaming website. What you have to do is just put links for football weekly..whenever there is football and do some promotion. But i have my fans now.. the clicks range from 0.04-0.10. Im looking for help.
I'm not sure what you're asking? Your clicks have gone up by about 8%. Does this correspond with a similar increase in the visitors to your pages? Rather than the number of clicks diminishing, it is the cost per click that is causing the reduced revenue; dropping from approximately 13 cents to 7.5 cents per click. This may be simply that the advertisers are looking at their costs (as we all are) and have reduced their advertising budget. This may also be a one-off drop this month. Sit tight and see how it pans out over the next few months rather than selling after a slight set-back. That way you'll keep your fans and your site
Thanks juonboy. I think it may be one-off drop. You're right. I will see what happens for october. But so far i found that cpc is dimishing. My traffic stayed the same for both months.
