    The problem is that none of the visitors clicked on your ads. :)

    So, try advertising your site to get more traffic.

    Try submit your site to search engines and web directories.
    Free tool is also useful. I'm currently using "webceo" software to help submitting.
    You can easily find and download the software by searching "webceo" in google.

    That's one of many things you have to do.
    When a lot visitors come to your site, if your ads look like ads then the visitor tend to avoid clicking on it.
    Try to blend your ads with the site background and place it above the fold.
