Adsense Click Groups! :( ERG!

Okay, this really ticks me off, so I need a moment to vent...

I found a group on Yahoo that is a damn "click group." I am sure they are everywhere, but seeing this personally made me sick to my stomach. Is there anyway I can report all of these jokers to Adsense?

This is the reason why Google has smart pricing. Because these Clicker Groups click on each others ads, and there is no sales conversions for Advertisers, resulting in Google smart pricing everyone and their mother!

Damnit, this makes me so mad... I am trying to make a damn supplemental income from Adsense, but I can't because I got smartpriced. I am sure there are other factors to my getting smartpriced, but these damn click fraud groups don't help any one of us!

CURSE THE CLICKING GROUPS! Messes up EVERYTHING for ALL of us!

Makes me mad too since I use both adwords and adsense but they eventually get caught. What is even worse is that google rarely refunds fraud clicks to the advertisers, which is horrible too.

I have never seen one of these groups in action, so I am unsure how they work.
You could head over to the Adsense help forum and post a link to the group so they become aware of it (If they aren't already).
Chances are they already know about it and are monitoring it.

    Cheers
    James

I don't get how this works, are they many? And rotate who clicks on what site?
Just join the group and get the list of sites to click ads on, and report all sites to Google.
Google will disable their accounts and ban them from the program.

I wouldn't waste my time on this. Let Google do his job.

Don't worry, Google has dedicated a number of resources to protect advertisers against invalid clicks.

I understand your anger, but you have to realize that this is always going to be one of the caveats. There's no such thing as a perfect system and you have to come to terms with the fact that there will always be cheaters and abusers. The trick is to make your landing pages as attractive in both design and value - so that the clickers will be peaked and interested.

Google does a good job with invalid clicks and I'm sure they'll be found out soon enough - reporting them probably won't do anything, best to let google do it - they don't like paying publishers, and especially in these times I'm sure they audit publishers more rigorously and a site with a high ctr is bound to get their attention.

One should understand that nothing is fully perfect in this world..even the fingers on our hand are not all equal.

Why expect every people to have the same attitude and principles in life?

Even big G is culprit in not keeping itself transparent with its advertisers and publishers.

Take solace from the fact that hard work lasts long while short cuts always have short life!

I think that's the most important thing for everyone to keep in mind. Cheaters come and go, but consistency pays off in the long run.

It just angers me, as I am sure it angers most of you as well.

I even saw a guy here on DP doing the same thing... I replied to his thread to see what he was up to...

Makes me sick! I guess life is life, the world is the world...
