    Hey guys
I unfortunatly have had someone that must not like me or is just stupid because I believe they went onto my site and clicked 4 of my ads on a newly created site, hence bumping my revenue up. I have barely advertised this site, i logged in to my adsense often, and I see 4 clicks on my site new, and 1 impression! It would all be from the same IP.I did have it advertised at 1 or 2 places, but it never ever brings in traffic
I cannot afford to lose my adsense account, I am afraid if I contact google they will review my account and disable it because it provides a steady stream of income that pays my rent. My engine just blew on my car as well so how else could this get worse.
Am I overreacting? It just looks scary with a 400% Ctr! I am trying to find the IP of the clicker from my stats.

Hmm tough call man. I would say if it happens again you should report it. Otherwise I would leave it and tell them you told no one to click on it and if they want to remove those clicks you would be more than happy to have them remove it.

I wonder if it is because of the search feature. It also happened to me, but it was 700percent.

I posted here, and someone said to report it. So I did. :)

    Still have the adsense account.

    Hey,
Well so far so good. It was only 4 clicks *I THINK*, so who knows for sure. Payday is in a few days that will give me more confidence.

For the CTR 400% i think you have click fraud on your adsense. but i don't know ! Normally CTR is 25%

25%. Wow what site do you run? Thats alot. I run normally at around 9%-13% on my site with the higher CTR's. It was a low impression rate and high click so im guessing someone, or someones clicked the ad multiple times. I have a good history with adsense though so we will see.

i Thinks you should have to contact Google Adsense Team and know them that is the Issue it's happen to you. they might be disable your adsense a/c or might be re issued their Advertiser and deduct the amount from your account which came from same ip's. and you may be look this ip via your cpanel so they didn't open your site from this and do fraud click on your site. and High CTR might be the issued for banned your adsense a/c.

You should report it to Google, just in case.

4 clicks isn't much unless you really have low traffic.

If all it took was 4 clicks to ban sites than all competitor sites would have an easy method to remove competition. If they can track it back to YOU then they will deal with you as they see fit.

    Well lets see...

    1. Brand New site (No SE traffic)
    2. YOU often went to look at earnings (of a brand new site not even indexed yet)
    3. YOU fear they will catch you and ban you
    4. Your Over reacting

Given the circumstances ... brand new site and all , i suggest you immediately start promoting your site and
stop having your neighbors click your ads or you clicking them as if google catchs it they will ban you for life
and they could care less if you live on the street and ride a bicycle with flat tires... as for over reacting, i wouldnt
worry till they send you the notice your account has been disabled.

If this goes on then make sure your newly website will get banned very soon! G will think that you are doing it from your end or either by telling your friends to do it. Better contact G or better to ban that particular IP from your website.

I would say wait and see if it happens again. If it is just a one time thing, then you won't need to worry.

I'd keep an eye on it. If it's your only source of revenue I'd keep a really close eye on it. If it makes up only a miniscule fraction of your clicks I wouldn't bother too much with it
