    Well, even i haven't received my cheque which was issued in november and i too will ask for a reissue after jan 1st.

    But from my past experience DHL delivery at my place(Punjab) is even worst than normal post. By normal post i usually ge my cheques by 8-10 every month, once when i tried secured delivery, i got it on 15(when i had already requested a reissue). SO i will most probably go with normal post.

    Thats not true, i know a few people from south i.e. kerala who have got their cheques before 5th itself. It seems like a case with north india only.

    I have the same issue but in my case it was the second check that wasn't delivered. I've now opted for the secure express delivery and advice you to do the same.

    Let's see what happens this time (Dec issue)...they issued on 21st as it seems.
