Alright, If I give away to much info (I have read the TOS, and believe I am within my rights) please tell me so I can remove it asap.

    Rounding here.

with 60,000 Page impressions, and 80 clicks a day. What do you believe google should be shelling out in my earnings? I am displeased as this is a HUGE number of impressions and not bad for clicks. I am making VERY little money. Since I cannot disclose the amount lets say.. bubble gum money. And I mean that in a serious way. If anybody has any ideas as to what the deal is. let me know

My site is WhatScene.com. My members are loyal, my bounce rate is under 20% most of the time. I get hundreds of uniques a day. wtf?

I have tried adbrite in the past, and got little better results (I had less traffic than) but it was about the same.) I am going to give it another go tho. My site is all I have(I hurt my back), and for the work/traffic ect.. that I have. I just think there should be something for me ;[

60K impressions with 80 clicks is not very good. You should possibly consider alternate methods of monetization for your site. I had a look at your site and my impression is that your users are "tuning out" the ads. I run several forums and one thing you learn is that people who are "loyal" on your site tend to ignore advertising spots subconsciously.

One option is that you could have your site's script alternate placement of ads and/or color schemes. I tried that on one of my forums and I increased CTR's by 4x immediately.

As far as PPC affiliate programs, a rule of thumb rate is appx. 500-900 clicks from 60K impressions and I'd venture to say that should return at bare minimum $100-$300. I've never even had as low of CTR as you have using the world's worst CPC network Bidvertiser. Adbrite's another story but the bulk of my earning there are from advertisers buying ad space and referrals.

Another thing you could try is alternating some CPA networks geared towards your user base with the Adsense. It's very easy to do using a few lines of PHP code.

One last suggestion is try something like TNX which doesn't rely on traffic but relies on the amount of pages you have. It works especially well on forums and social networking sites.

However, you should never put all your eggs in one basket. Always use multiple revenue streams. Eventually you'll find one that out-performs the others but if you just stick with one, you'll never know.

btw, don't listen to the people saying Adbrite is better than Adsense, that's BS. I've used both for over 3 years and there's no way Adbrite or Bidvertiser are better than Adsense in the CPC game. The only real benefit of Adbrite is that they never ban anybody no matter how crappy or MFA their site is.

A 'normal' CTR would be 2%. With 60k impressions and only 80 clicks, that's below 2%. And if your clicks is worth less than $0.20 per click, you might want to change niche, or keywords.

Thank you, everyone that gave me ideas. Adbrite did WAY worse ;[
I have decided to try and get my own sponsors. I have enough traffic that I should be able to. Adsense should just pay more for impressions i believe.
