Adsense Chat

    Hello,

    Was wondering if there is an optimal time to log in for Google Chat. Want to speak to a representative and it says you can only talk to someone if there is a yellow box. I am yet to see this.

    Any ideas?

    On what web page are you supposed to see this option. I am not familiar with an Adsense related chat.

    Are you sure it's not a phishing scam?

    IMO Google doesn't (and likely never will!) provide any chat support and in most cases not even phone support.

    And if they WOULD provide chat support then the live chat would be online 24/7 - I can't imagine a company such as Google being "offline" from chat.

    In conclusion, your best bet is to email your questions to Google or use their web forms. If you do decide to go with the magic chat option you've discovered though, DO NOT give out any sensitive information!

    never heard, i think premium publisher can talk to adsense manager
