Hi, i am a newbie to google adsense (Normally use clicksor) i have set up the account and been accepted but when i logged in and tried to set up the advertising campaign and it asks me to add new channels. Can anyone tell me what this means, and what the channels actually do???

It just tells u from where the clicks are comming. like u have a site named www.A.com and www.B.com and u place an add on it so u will add a channel in the Adsense setup>Channels section. for eg. like u place an add at the bottom of your site(www.A.com) so you can make a channel a-bottom. the conclusion is that you differntiate adds, means u'll actualyy know from which add block the clicks are comming
Yeah, you have got great help above. I want to add that you should go with channels and do some experiment, which ad is bringing you more and which is not. Then make changes accordingly. Good Luck with adsense.
