Adsense Channels NOT Recording Clicks

I started focusing on adsense recently, setup proper channels per URL, and the impressions are coming in for those channels. However, I am getting clicks and none of them are showing under the proper channel. I have to manually go into Analytics and fish for every click and confirmed that some of the clicks (according to Analytics) was made on the channeled URL.

Can someone offer a reason or solution to this problem? I would like to know from Adsense which channel is actually performing better than others. My other channels show both impression and clicks (older projects), so those seem to be fine, but I just feel like Adsense isnt attributing clicks properly and putting them only into the total. Thanks to anyone who can help.

btw, impression counts of the channels do equal, or is pretty close to the impressions of the estimated total for the day so i think the channels do cover my sites well...

He did say he is going through his Analytics account to find the clicks.

Got me, are any of your channels working? I have never had this problem but if I did I would maybe make a new channel or double check the code. Maybe you mistyped the channel name.

You could try using Analytics and that should solve any problems that you may have.

yea, im manually checking through analytics, but would really like to get a quick overview in adsense so i know which sites to concentrate on more. it seems like none of my new channels are working now, impressions are still working though, just not properly allocating clicks still... anyone else have/had this problem?
