I have a tourism blog (in signature) I have adsense on it, I was wondering if targeted traffic can be bought for the site, or will that create problems with adsense, any other ideas to get traffic?
Of course you can put ads on your site along with Google's. Haven't you seen sites, including this board, with Asense and other ads on it? Well, there ya go.
If you are talking about having adsense and buying traffic than there is no problem but buying traffic has not worked for me. When I tried it I was too concerned that the traffic was not real people. If you have the money try adwords or placing you site ad sites.
If you buy traffic for an adsense site, ask the traffic seller to reduce the flow of visitors a bit - just to be 100% sure google doesnt penalize you. If the traffic is 100% human it should not be a problem.
It depends on the kind of traffics you bought. Adsense does pay much attention of original traffics source. Please be aware these kind of traffic source. 1. Pop-up kind. If your visitors has been brought by pop-up then it would be a problem when Adsense team find out. Actually, not all of them could bring your account for being banned but most of the site like this are garbage. Even the traffic is human but it's easy to identical as a low quality paid traffics and they do not like it. 2. Scam Click Exchange Network - This kind of network will do "exchange clicks" among themselves. 3. Spam link in site such as craiglist is prohibited! 4. Post link directly in forum with non-sense topic as trying to drive people and click is already prohibited. These kind of traffics would be safest. 1. Search engine organic results traffic 2. Traffics from forum signature link such as here.
