Adsense blog or html

Do you think that doing a site in HTML or Blog is better for adsense. I don't mean as far as each one making more than the other, just what is better to optimize and maintain. I know there is no right answer, just would like some opinions.

Blog is much easier. I would suggest you wordpress. There are some optimized for adsense themes. I can give you links to them if you want.

I would go for a nice CMS like WordPress for example.
You have tons of plugins and free templates to customize everything and it's very simple to maintain.

Thanks you all for your advice. I think I will go with a blog. I am now just waiting to get approved by google to have an account. Does this take a long time? What if my site is not original content? Will this be a reason to get denied? I plan on getting the original content up, but I'm waiting for my "writer".

There are lots of advantages having a blog. You can put your time in getting contents rather than coding HTML all day.

entirely depends on the site. if you are gonna be writing on a regular basis and add new content always, then blog is good. but if its a static site with few pages not going thru much update, then a website would be good

Setting up a blog takes half the work out of it for you, just depends what you have in mind for the direction you intend to take any website.
