    Hello DP Members,

    i want to sell one of my sites.
    Its a little Blog about home insurance (high cpc), have unique content and i did nice SEO on it.
    The domain is 10 month old and have PR0.
    Actually the blog makes $110 revenue per month.

    2) earnings was low, just $ 10 in the past 3 month but after the 16. december the traffic and earnings very increased trough my SEO.
    3) I want to sell the site becourse i need fast money for investing in a another project.

    Its a english website, but im german - so my adsense screenshot is german ;)
