Get an Internet connection with Dynamic IP (with Dynamic IP, your IP changes evertime you login to PC).
Clear all cookies,temp files,etc etc.. You do the homework..

But, the problem now is Google not accepting sites which are less than 6 months old.. I think that's the major problem for you.
