I think is OK, but to be sure you should contact AdSense and ask them.

Maybe you should put somewhere the "Sponsored links" or "Advertisement" label.
    You`ll find the right color.

hmm I see what you mean in the dotted border box, the problem is the labelling which ends just above the adsense block plus the fact that you made your real links look like adsense ads so as to confuse the visitor, best is to ask the adsense team OR wait until they found out by themselves because that would only trigger a warning email not a ban, if you have never been officially warned before about this kind of setup that is.

I can't see the Adsense ads on your site. Though I can see the code in the source

Certainly well blended, but I'm pretty sure somewhere in the TOS adsense says you can't duplicate the 'look' of their ads. Also you might have a problem because of the lack of a clear border to separates your 'clone' ads from the adsense. This makes the 'ads by google' label look like it applies to your ads as well, which G probably won't like at all.

Probably best to ask Adsense what they think, would be interesting if you could feedback what they say, because the blending trick certainly looks like it would work a treat.

I think you should change the label "Related offers for your premium site template web design" to "Advertisements" or "AdSense". Just to be sure that you wont get banned.

There it is :) Ofcourse, it is very well blended. But I doubt whether Google is going to like it or not. Like others said, I too advice you to confirm it with Google. Also please post their reply here :)

I'm pretty confident this is not allowed.
Both the 'related offers' heading, and the fact that the ads are made to look exactly like the site links on their left both contravene TOS.

I'm trying to figure out where in their TOS it talks about blending or ad placements, but I'm just finding links to other documents, that link to other documents etc. Anybody have direct links about ads being same color as text on the current page. I thought that is okay to match it to your site?

The dotted lines are a bit in question. I would take away the dotted lines to be on the safe side.
