No, because the traffic on days like today will be lower than nor,m. Some will get lucky and get big clicks which will make up for it.

My site is an entertainment site, aimed at young kids to adults, so I have personally found my revenue raises on weekends and holidays quite a lot compared to regular day to day revenue.
same here my business related sites revenue goes down on holidays but my entertainment sites revenue goes opposite.
Today's about the same as any other summer day for me. It'll depend on the niche and how many clicks you get from people outside the US too. US holidays are not always holidays anywhere else. If you're in a niche where you get a lot of visitors from other countries, it may not matter if it's a holiday or not in the US.
My earnings are lower on most holidays. Increase on weekends and during the winter usually, must be becuase more people are staying inside and on comptuers and doing things such as that
