    That could be a possible reason for adsense to ban your account. Read their TOS for a much better explanation regarding adsense and images placed on websites.

    The adsense is clearly separated from the image. You need to contact them as they probbaly ban you because thinking that your site host warez and such.

    Might be relevant content? Is all that was on you page this image and one adsense ad with no other content? If so this may well be the reason. That said I steer well clear of the image/ads thing even with a "Clear separation/line" as it is a very grey area in their T&C's
    Write to them and query the exact reason, but I think it may be a relevant content issue.
