    on adsense it says you cant have other advertisers ads but how about like a 125 x 125 banner under the ad for a similar website or partner? is this acceptalbe?

    You are allowed to have different ad networks on the same page with google as long as they are different enough in format so that somebody recognizes they are not all from google
