adsense - banned one of my domains

    hi,

a while ago (late 2005, begging 2006 got shutdown), i put adsense onto one of my gallery, just to see how it works, i was getting about 7000 hits on it, so i decided why not make few $$$ off of it :) i was getting about $60/m, not really what i expected, but helped to pay for hosting expenses ...

anyway gallery was about girls, none of them were naked or anything, so it wasn't porno site, however someone either complaint or google saw it and they thought we should take a look, they found one picture on my site that apparently didn't really went well with their License Agreement so they banned my domain from showing adsense ads, and just in my opinion i looked at that picture and there was a lady laying on her back with no bra, BUT she was covering her breasts with her hand, so nothing was showing that you wouldn't see in any magazines (maxim, blend and others), but anyway they though this is inappropriate and it must go...

even though, that after a while i by accident deleted the whole gallery and i wasn't able to restore it, so it's no longer there (still planning to find my old old backup somewhere and restore, but obviously not show any Google adsense ads) my domain still remains on "shit" list and I'm also running forum under same domain (not adult forum, just regular forum) is there anything can be done, contact Google and have them remove me from that list?

    Thanks in advance

I would contact google, tell them you are looking to restart up the site.

Their TOS is sort of vague.. I wouldn't put ads on pages where women are nude, covering up naked parts with arms, etc.

It is seen as ADULT.. I even know of one person who had adsense on a celeb blog, and was banned because of bikini pictures.

due to the sketchy adsense terms of service contacting google is a must. If you are ever unsure just drop them a line and see how it goes.

Once you have new content on the site, go ahead and email them to ask for AdSense to be reinstated.

any ideas where to email them too? (i.e. email address) i wrote back to the one where someone send me email saying they blocking my domain, but no matter that i wrote them few times that person decided to simply ingnore me, and i wasn't rude or anything i told him/her that i'm willing to take it off for them to keep my domain active, but that was after they turned it off and i never heard back from that person ever again...

Use the contact form within your account interface.

I would tell them thank you for not banning my entire account, and move on to the next domain.
