Its not right because they are getting paid for your clicks so you should regardless, If they feel its click fraud they better have a strong case or ban you after they pay your balance
Thank you for your appeal. After receiving your response, we re-reviewed your account data thoroughly. We have reconfirmed that invalid clicks were generated on the ads on your site in violation of our Terms and Conditions and program policies. https://www.google.com/adsense/terms https://www.google.com/adsense/policies We have these policies in place to help ensure the effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as our advertisers. According to our policy on this matter, we are unable to reinstate you into the program. As you may know, publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed any further participation in AdSense. For this reason, you may not open a new account. Please bear in mind that subsequent or duplicate appeals may not be considered and you may not receive any further communication from us. We appreciate your understanding. Sincerely, The Google AdSense Team --- no proof, nothing... same old copy & paste email they send to everyone. how is this not illegal? i worked so hard and 2 weeks of work just gone down the drain. i know thats nothing but im not the only one being screwed by them. i have asked them for proof but they wont give it to me. people might say 'oh its googles program they can do whatever they want.' so by that logic if i were to hire someone to work in my house and then not pay him cause i was suspicious of him could i do that and get away with it? could i just say 'its my house i can do whatever i want'.
well said... google is scamming people, WE would go to jail for it, for them it's just business as usual.
I was thinking people probably purposely click fraud on your sites if their in your niche. So maybe we should not think these guys are guilty straight away. or can google counter this?
i explained to them i have no idea what caused my account to be disabled and i asked them to clarify it because they were vague in their email. i told them i would not commit click fraud as i spend a lot of money on adwords and wouldnt like anyone to commit fraud against me either. i also told them i used private sponsors on my site before and after i put adsense on i removed every mention of "support our advertisers" from my site and definitely did not encourage anyone to click my ads. they did not answer any of my questions but just sent the same generic response. i am going to be filing a lawsuit against Google. Even if it costs me more to sue them than what I lost. People think that just cause you make money online you did not work as hard or you are not as entitled to the money as someone doing physical work. I am just waiting for YPN to go public before I do what I have to do.
Since you agreed to the Terms, I'd say you have about zilch chance with a lawsuit. Consider the following: How many thousands of publishers are there out there? Google simply does NOT have the manpower to thoroughly investigate every aspect of them, thus they have to rely on proof coming from the publisher. If you have THAT many publishers and you detect something wrong with one, you do not have much choice other than to sever it...again, it comes down to man power. Unless the publisher can prove that he is operating within terms. I don't really see proof (no hard numbers) in your appeal so it's not surprising you were denied. Is it "right"? Again, you did agree to be bound by the terms which pretty much say that what google can do what they just did.
So your AdSense account was banned only 15 days after your started using it? There has to be more to this story... I guess you were just click-bombed by someone if it truly was invalid clicks.
If you own the site and the site was generating fraudulent clicks, who else is to blame? Hint: It's YOUR site. That means YOU are at fault.
