I think that the main reason should be high click through rates. Because making profit from arbitrage is not possible unless the ads are not highly optimized for higher CTR. Their formula should be like this: High CTR + low conversions = ban Because high CTR + low conversions will make the CPC of your keywords cheaper in the whole Adwords system.
However When I login to Adsense it comes to login page again and again and it dosent say the standard message that your account has been disabled and check your e-mail ETC but I have got an email that it has been disabled

Most probably you won't get. In my experience most people under these circumstances including one very good friend of mine got shafted out of $90 K. You will be lucky if you receive some money.
The chances are really low that your account will be activated again. After arbitration, let's hope you manage to get your money.
Sorry to hear about this but I think the only option left for you is to forget about that money and open another account in your wife's or relative's name. Its going to be close to impossible to appeal for reinstatement or getting your money.

it means you are not banned are you sure you received that mail in inbox not in spam you checked it by showing original because mail() function in PHP can send you email from any email address and i highly recommend to Pakistani publishers that do not login to AS account by following a link from your email inbox
Google banns in two ways stop serving ads to your website(s) or disable disable means you can not login to your acount and stop serving means they stop serving ads in this case you ll be get paid just to ensure create a new blog and place html hope you may get back every thing normal
I'm sorry, but at a Paying Adwords advertiser, if your account is suspicious, then that's enough for me to have google ban you. Sorry, but YOUR profits aren't worth my LOSS. Click fraud is ultra frustrating and I truly wish google could, should there be significant evidence, convict. And FYI, colour, nationality, or ethnic background has nothing to do with this, I could care less if the guy's blue.

My Adsense account was also disabled in three days ago due to non-compliance. However they clearly said that in the email that they will pay any outstanding balance of my account. So I'm waiting for receive my payments for the past month. I also requested by them to reinstate my account.
