When AdSense ban an account, do they ban the Name or the Address?

Well I can register another company, but address is a problem. They surely can't ban the URL and Address? What if it's sold or some one else moves to the address?

They know who the owner is, in most cases, and it's usually public after all. Any slightest relation has to be avoided at all costs.

You have to be careful if you have been banned because you won't know if you are safe until you have earnt the first $100. It would be a shame to earn that and then get banned again.

    What was you banned for?

I might register a virtual office at Wall street or another prestige location under a company.

You need a new legal entity. I guess incorporating will help.
