hmmmm.... read that if u ask your friends to click on ur ads, u r gonna get banned.. but what if someone just click like crazy on my ads just to get me banned?!??!
Contact Google support about this if you suspect click fraud. Better to let them know early before you get penalized.

There is nothing much you can do about it, except to inform Google. It is then entirely a matter of luck. Some people get banned, some survive. .
There is no rule as such. For Google, the Adwords advertiser is more important than the Adsense publisher. I feel, in doubtful cases, the decision usually goes against the publisher. (It is just a personal opinion).
