Adsense ban (Invalid clicks)

    Hi to all,

    First of all...
I just got ban from adsense because of invalid clicks, the problem is that i didn't click myself so there's an option someone just clicked on it ...
I have received check from that account (1985$) and they "should" know I'm not a cheater or invalid clicker.. I forgot to install adlogger on that server2 where i had ads on so i just have awstats report.
Btw: I didn't recieve any email warnings by Google and the final ban mail (it's 3day now). Maybe is greylisting problem.. bahh..
My friend has got ads on my page and he has got an email which desribe the account was disabled because of invalid clicks.
Problem2: When I want to login my account I get my account is disapproved and not disabled ?

How can I convince Google that they made a mistake? Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Do you mean you had your adsense and your friends adsense on the same page?

If you and your friend both had your adsense ads on the same page it would be against TOS... so you can't really appeal to them to ask for a review.. if this isn't the case, explain your story to them, its worth a shot.

If you think you are honest submit your site stat of last month and request them to review your account data.

I don't mean to sound well.... Intelligent but why would they need your data don't they have all the informatoin they need with their own ip logs?

You don't think they don't log ips do you? lol thats funny you would think a mult-billyionaire company like google would log ips. Maybe they don't

Beleive me, convincing google is really very hard and nearly impossible.

However, if you are fair, you may fill their 'account reinstation form' along with the details, may be the consider your request, scrutinize your account and give your account back to you.

    Goodluck

But google will only be able to see the ip's of the clicks. If one day you have 2 clicks and the next 1002 clicks, google's gonna go wtf? You send them an email with your logs and go look, all my visitors are coming from an article off USA today. Gives the explanation to why you got so many clicks.

It doesn't make sense to me, because I have experienced to have 0 clicks for the whole months and than about 300 clicks that earn me $100 (in a single day, with no questions from google).

Please tell me where I even mentioned you'd get a ban? I said google would go wtf, not google would ban you. Please re-read what i said.
In a situation like that, I can believe google might check on your account. <--- That doesn't mean ban.

Did I even used the word "ban" anywhere in my post?

As per my knowledge google have 3 phase to fight against invalid clicks
    1-fully automated
    2-semi automated / human
    3-total manual

As per my thought, google will check your account only when their semi automated filter flags some (either little or large amount of click) then they will manually check.

Holy shit I completely missed that, sorry I was simultaneously reading yours and MXjoy's posts. Though i do believe you will definitely raise some flags at google jumping from 0 to 100$ in clicks, especially if your a new publisher.

yeah its a new site though. not a new publisher just put adsense on a new site, very targeted. no adsense violations so i keep my fingers crossed for this next pay cycle.

    This is what I found

There are few cases when previously banned Adsense publishers managed to reinstate their Google account successfully with Google only deducting some amount related to invalid clicks.

" Thank you for clarifying your situation. We have reviewed your circumstances and have reinstated your account, effective immediately. Based on the findings of our investigation, we have deducted $30.82 from your account." [from ]

While it is not a bad idea to follow your case with Google, not everyone may be so lucky as Stas or Jason. Generally, the chances of resurrecting your Adsense account are less.
