    If you had images to close and not seperated from the ads that could be a reason.

    You're asking if you can put Adsense with another Pub ID on your current sites? If you do that, you have a chance to get Adsense's 2nd "get lost" email in which you get kicked out for being "related" to a banned account.

    IF you or your company get back into Adsense legally, you could use other new sites. Also keep in mind Google reads this board...
