adsense ban account + site or just account

    suppose i am banned for violating there terms and condition on site www.abcdefg.com , So can othere adsense publisher use this site to place their adsense ads??

    plz let me know

    i don't think anyone would want to display his ad on a blocked site from adsense.

    The whole account would be banned. Of course, if you have sepearate accounts e.g. personla and business, then only account on which the site responsible is on would get banned.

    the live example for this situtation can be

    suppose a person gets bannned on his site www.xyz123.com and after that he sells his website to a person who doen't know this , so the second person will place his adsense ads on that site , SO do you think he ll also get banned for using adsense on that site or he ll be banned only if he violates adsense's TOS .

    I suppose later one is correct... what do you think???

    Adsense doesnt ban Sites . It will only Ban The Accounts .

    oh yes they do ban individual sites

    if you have several sites in one account
    one could banned
    and you need to send them a fax stating blah blah you fixed whatever was the reason for site banning

    What if I have a bought a domain for which previously it was banned for adsense?
    Can I place adsense in that again, how can I check whether a particular site was banned for adsense or not?

    You are best off emailing Google to ask that. They will give you a yes or no answer, so you dont have to be paranoid that you're doing the wrong thing.

    i mailed Google about this they replied:

    adsense bans the user who is violating TOS , another user can post his ad on same site
