Adsense Background Images?

    I was just goofing around on Google News and ran across this item when I searched for Adsense...

    Is this legit, can you do this to your Adsense without ending up getting in trouble?

    Do you think it is worth trying?

    Well, as far as I know, its not according to the TOS because my friend got banned from Adsense just because he put images above his ads and that the images matched the ADs so much that the people where fooled to click it. He got back though. After a series of apologies.

    But as far as he doesnt play with the adsense code, it'll be kinda safe.
