Buying Adsense Authority Sites Wanted $1x,xxx budget

I'm currently looking for large adsense sites with over $500/month in income. I'm not interested in sites that require a lot of work. I want a site that is fairly hands off and requires little maintenance. Please do no send me anything making less than $500/month.

I value a site based on:

1. Niche life - longer term is much better
2. Quality of content
3. Keywords bringing traffic
4. Overall long-term sustainability of the site
