he probably misread a article, which said that there will be new/more advertisers who want to spend more money, which will eventually earn you more money, and now he thinks its a official annoucement.

I believe already the arbitrages are struggling because of landing page quality and will be smartpriced as well...

If you are talking to me, I have in mind also adwords-affiliate arbitrages, which also pay cents. :(

lol i'd wish that they'd give me $1,- a click(then i'd earn 50 times a much;)), but it's not gonna happen unless advertisers are willing to pay that much for a click

i see a lot of interesting points in this one: higher adwords adspace, inflation, arbitrage spammers cut by google, AND, the arrival of YPN at europe.

So, one can tell something is, or is going to happen in a few days/weeks.

Just hope Google and others as YPN can stay ahead of spammers and keep a better service for all: publishers and advertisers. :D

You cant make a statement like that.

All depends on the Adwords bidders and the bids.

If that is the case, then every other adsense dude like me will be a billionaire lol

Well, I stand by the rumor that google will increase $ for clicks because of the increased popularity of competitors. Such as adbrite, chitika

I heard this on another forum. Some people are just trying to start a rumor. Unless someone can back it up with a link from google and not from some blog then I will believe it.

Each click is going to increase by $3.19 to counter inflation. Also clickthrough rates will be increasing 5% to counter click fraud.

Although this sounds good I hear that YPN is going to give all of their publishers an additional $1000/mo forever because of a lawsuit.

There a bajillion webpages on the internet. just think about this logically. more and more people are adding their webpages, few months down the road, "o hey I can make some money advertising my site". they make some money and realize they can make more by advertising. So if 100 million people do this and have no creativity for the site they create they will be most bidding for the same keywords, which naturally means our profits will rise.

in theory this works, in practice, that 100 million people could say screw this, its too hard.

so as the bids for keywords rise so will your ability to get that money as they will be advertsing your type site and taking your vistors.

    my 2 cents

maybe they will raise the cost for adwords search results, but I doubt it for adsense site owners
