AdSense Arbritage....! Whats the legal way to get targetted traffic then?

    Hi,

Everyone knows about the Adsense Arbritage. Humm... Without doing AdWords, how its possible to generate targetted traffic? I really do not know.

And if Google is closing accounts for this, what will AdSense Publishers will do to get traffic?

Submiting sites to directories and article writing and SEO takes lots and lots of time. Only PPC makes the job simpler.

If we should not do PPC with Adsense, what are the other ways to generate targetted traffic which are "AdSense Safe"?

Please make me understand, is it that Adsense publishers do not do Adwords only because they bid the least?

Shall "Adsense Publishers" do PPC with other networks like bidvertiser to promote their website which have adsense ads in it?

    Correct me if am wrong.

Am not sure which PPC i should wanna do, if we are not allowed to use Adwords.

    Thanks.

everybody knows what is adsense arbitrage and mfa. They use adsense preview tool and filter all web sites that use arbitrage with adsense, adbrite, kontera, yahoo or else so go to the hard work.

Yes organic SEO is the way to go and yes it means more work. You can try smaller PPC network but be prepared for the high click-fraud rates.

Buddy, am not asking how do people prevent themselves from MFA's. What am asking you is, if we are not allowed in AdWords to promote our site, what is the other way to drive geniune traffic?

Also, if you know please tell me, shall we try other PPC network rather than AdWords, to promote our Adsense Sites?

Are you sure google allows other PPC networks for our Adsense sites? Do they not ban us using other PPC networks?

There is search; natural links; bought links; link exchanges. These are just a few options you have in acquiring targetted traffic.

You are allowed to use AdWords to drive traffic to you site that displays AdSense ads. Google does not have a problem with that. What they don't like is if you provide a bad experience (i.e. MFA) to the user. That is if you use AdWords to get users to a site that has three large AdSense block on top and some scraped content at the bottom, Google is going to disable your account. If you use AdWords to get traffic to a site that has a lot of good content that matches the ads you use, and you happen to have some AdSemse ads on it, that is fine.

Or more simply: Arbitrage is OK, MFA is bad.

i have seen some smart people in DP who are willing to buy PR6 link heavily just to get position on SERP ... i don't know bout u but i've read somewhere, the rich people don't repair the pipes themselves, they call plumbers...so that their time can be focused on business rather than learning how to repair pipes...

if u got some money, buying PR6 and above is the way to go

I believe adsense ads actually track where the traffic to your site is coming from, therefore this is a way Google finds out about your traffic.

...but I believe there is no problem to use other ppc engines to send traffic to your site though.

    Thanks

Check the AdWords Quality Guidelines: http://adwords.google.com/support/b...&subid=ww-en-et-asblog_2007-06-05&medium=link

You can also run an AdWords campaign and see what kind of quality scores you get on your keywords.

You could try, but I have a feeling they won't provide you with a satisfying answer, they will probably just point you to the quality guidelines page.

Shall I try other PPC for targetted traffic rather than AdWords? Do you think they ban because of using other PPCs?

No, as long as you have a quality site, they will not ban you for using any PPC.

Write some new, unique, useful content. Quit looking for the easy way out. Traffic is useless if it is just randomly driven visits.

Oh? They most certainly WILL. Any traffic driven based upon incentives could end up getting your account banned.

What "incentive" are you referring here? Could you please explain? Are you saying that, using AdWords for AdSense is an Incentive?

PPC is not randomly driven traffic. It is very targeted.

Again, PPC traffic will not get you banned if you have a quality site. Google even gives us examples of their AdSense advertisers using AdWords to drive traffic to their sites.

Could you please give some example websites which uses AdWords for Adsense? I would see that and make myself prepare to do AdWords.

I find these Google doesn't like people using both Adsense and Adwords threads wearisome. Thanks to tlainevool for pointing to some solid evidence. If people would look around like he did they will see that the two work well together and Google doesn't have a problem with you using both provided you stay within terms of service on both.

I summarized what arbitrage is on this page:

    http://salarymap.com/google-encouages-arbitrage.cfm

I encourage you to test to see if you can get a return on expenditure in your niche(s). IF you can get return, throw as much money as you can at it while maintaining the return.
