Adsense arbitrage sources of traffic

    What are the best Adsense sources of traffic for an arbitrage business model?

    I have tried some 2nd tier ppc search engines and got terrible results.
    I have tried YSM and MSN content network and I cannot get clicks cheap enough to make any money.

    What do you suggest?

    Arbitrage is dead, as a business model...you will get
    good results (ecpm) the first 2 - 3 days, but
    then!! your account will be smartpriced. so you
    might have 60 clicks = $2.28
