Adsense April 8th update

There's this message that has been popping up when I log into Adsense about updating your site(s) Privacy Policy. Apparently Google will start accessing your visitors cookies when they visit your site so more relevant ads will pop up on your site for each specific visitor. So in theory, this is a good thing. What is everybody's thoughts on this?

On a side note, say for example you don't have a Privacy Policy to begin with, would you in that case have to put one up?

I am planning to put Privacy Policy on all of my site and expect to have better eCPM and better earning as well.

 

Yes.. I got it through email. And, we probably have a few other threads about it already.

 

Adsense requires you to have a privacy policy regardless; you could be banned if you don't get one.
