Adsense approved my new account

I'm a little confused here, after being banned from adsense, I created a new site and made a new gmail account. I applied for Adsense with it and it was accepted. How did that get past Google security? Same street address, just switched name of billing, and it was on the same IP I used before... Is this just some mistake that it got past?

Also, I'm curious what would happen if I put it on the site I had that was banned from Adsense. Is it a sure thing I will get banned from my new account? Thanks

You are lucky mate. Google think that is IP sharing, so your adsense accepted quickly.

I'm not bragging at all, just really confused.

I got banned from Adsense originally for False Clicks, I banned suspicious IP's from the site, and just put Adsense back onto it. I will keep you all updated on progress and if I get a paycheck.

Com'on, it's Google, they aren't scam artists, I doubt they would wait awhile to ban me.

    why not?
having the same ip or mailing address of someone that got banned doesn't bar them from getting accepted into adsense.
ip address get renewed and people move. ;)
when it is time for you to PIP,if they will see that your really you,you just wasted your time. :p

If you got banned from AdSense, it does not mean that no one in your house can apply for AdSense. As you said that you have changed the name, Google would have thought that someone else is applying from your home.

I am not sure but I think this can be a possibility.

Don't check mail (gmail) of newly created account in old system (where original account was banned).

Did you get a new website or applied the old one ?

You may not use the old site if you have not known and corrected the faults that caused the initial ban.
