    They would not approve that site.
    As it has adsense on it, then that account will be disabled as soon as google detect that the site is using adsense.

    Have you reported them to adsense?
    I don't know what you hope to achieve by whinging on Digitalpoint about it. Google can't act if they do not know about it!

    I saw adsense on their site a few years ago and still active, that's weird, download.com also have adsense.

    They are probably premium publishers and as such have their own negotiated terms and conditions.

    I have seen many sites that have download subtitles and Lyrics and At ease of Google ads and earn.

    If not against the rules, so I do it.
