I have my adsense application rejected a couple of times. The automated reply lists down 4-5 reasons. But they do not tell the exact reason.

    Can some body figure out?

    my site is

    www . thesiteforall . com

    Without content you cannot:

    - have visitors from search engines...
    - make SEO on page.
    - win with adsense...

the reason is very simple - adsense staff visited your site;clicked on one of your pages in the sidebar and found that the page is no longer than 100 words and not much useful stuff.do this and you will get approved:
1.select 10 article topics - can be anything ranging from tech to the health niche,
2.write about 250 words in each article and upload to your site,
    3.thats it.

Moreover,is the domain older or a new domain?i think the domains need to be at least 6 months old to get approved for adsense.

    very simple reason "No Content".
you will have to write some description about each software linked on your website.

You need content. Currently there are more external links than content on your website. If you want to make a site that list other sites providing different services, then you should write detailed (100+ words at least) review of each service and then give link at the end.
Add at least 10 (15 recommended) such reviews and then apply again for adsense.

You need more content. Try writing some of your own material or go to an article site for some content. You need to read Google's Terms of Service (ToS) so that you have an idea of what's acceptable or not.

    Good luck!
