    Hi :)

I'm in the process to transfer my three sites to someone I know and this person is going to apply for Adsense so that they can keep getting money out of Adsense from those sites; which already earn Adsense money.

So, the person is going to apply with one of the existing sites I'm tranfering to her.

Should I remove the existing ads right now or may I leave them until the other application is approved?

Next, do you think their application is going to be approved since the sites are 4 years old and already getting traffic?

Do you advise to create a Blogger account and appy for Adsense from the blog instead?

Any kind of advice is welcome as the sites are doing well - although seasonal sites and I don't want the person to lose anything in the transfer process.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dom.

You have to Remove the Ads from the Website through which she is going to apply for Adsense....

If you run Adsense Ads in that Website means, Google wont approve her Adsense Account Application...

Just what I was going to say, yes you will need to remove them, pretty sure it is against Google T&C's in a big way to run someone else's ads on your site e.g. stops someone who is banned getting a relative to apply. Clearly that is not the case here in anyway, but I think that is why you need to take them down first.
    Cheers

    Thank you for the replies.

Do you advise to remove ALL ads from ALL sites before they apply for the first one or do you think they can apply with only ONE site with removed ads; which would give me some time to work on the two others while they can already start add their ads on one site?

, You should delete it, pretty sure it is against Google's T & C in a big way to run another ad on your site for example, stop someone who is prohibited from getting the relative to register. Obviously that did not happen here in any way, but I think that's why you need to bring them down first.
    thank you ^ - ^
