Quick question for you guys with a bit more Wordpress experience...

Do you need a plugin in order to be able to add adsense to a wordpress blog? Does anybody have a link to a guide of sorts for doing this if not...

Thanks in advance. Any assistance would be great!

    Wordpress.com? or .org?
You can't put adsense on a free wordpress blog.

I think he means a free wordpress blog. If he had his own he would know how to put in code.

You can not do much with a free word press blog excpet post and add links to blog roll.

What do you mean? All wordpress is free.

All you have to do is have widgets enabled on you blog. Make a text widget and paste the ad code into it.

There are plugins you can get but it is easier to do it with just a text widget.

You can also just code your code into the php files. That's what I did (and trust me, I'm not a programmer)

I've mentioned this before but I thought I'll just do it here again.. using Adsense Wordpress Themes is the easiest way to get started. You just need to plug in your publisher ID and you're all set.
