    can i place adsense and valueclick on the same page? this should be okay right?

    You can put any other ad in pages with adsense on it, as long as the other ads do not look similar to adsense ads.

    By not looking the same you mean like the shape and color of the ads? So I can put a vertical banner of adsense, and a rectangle from valueclick(or whatever other program).?
    Or you mean if I put text banners from google I have to put image banners from the other program?

    I have both and they work fine. Valueclick is another ad network. I have pop under and other impression based campaigns from them.

    i place valueclick and sometime i see google adsense display instead valueclick...is this possible? how could this happen?
