If Adsense get a lot of traffic from twitter? could be ban by google ?

As long as you fully read and understand Google's TOS.. then you'll be fine..

Nope , alot of sites only depend on twitter for traffic, same with facebook , ect. As the above poster noted, once you understand the TOS, it should be simple.
