I cannot tell you how to increase your web traffic since I am trying to figure that out myself,but as additional info I can tell you how I would tweak those ads a little bit. First thing I would do if I were you is to change background color of your ads. If you look little bit better you shall be able to see, that background of the content part and side bar is not white. THis is the exact color that matches your background(#fceee3), so you this instead white to blend that. I think changing color of title in your ads wouldnt hurt also. Now they are some sort of dark brown,almost like black.I would change them into color of titles of articles in your blog(Latest Medical News) or that orange ones in Archive section. The text in your ads should be same color as text of your articles, so black ones. The last thing from my side is to put another "row" of ads just under your header. I would make it 468x15 horizontal row, with text only, so it will look just like menu of your page.
