I live in the UK and all my business interests are in the UK. Will I still get taxed on my adsens earnings? I do not seem to get taxed on Amazon earnings (althought it is only a pittance so that may explain it)
I also live in the UK. If you are earning any income you have to declare it, no matter how small. You can do this two ways. 1. Register as self employed. This allows you to decalre all income you have from your main full time job and include internet earnings etc. The great thing about this is that you can claim back expenses accumulated in running your business interests. So for example if you have a website or blog that you are earning adsense revenue from you can submit receipts for money you have spent on advertising, buying the domain name, web hosting, electricity costs for running your computer etc. This will be taken off you tax bill and you won't have to pay tax on these. 2. If you earn less than 2K per year on your internet earnings, then you can ask HMRC to claim this back via your PAYE scheme if you work full time. It can be easier than declaring yourself self employed if you aren't earning loads.
