    I have read over the provided documentation from Google (If I missed something, please link me) but I don't understand if I have to file a document for my earnings through adsense.

    Can someone explain this to me or point me into the right direction?

    If you live in the states, your Google earnings will be a part of your earned income for the year. As such it will be subject to tax liability.
